Our standard

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for our website and aim to improve conformance over time. SMS is an accessible-by-default channel for many users — no app download, works on any phone — and was chosen in part for that reason.

What we’ve done

• Semantic HTML and labeled form fields.
• Keyboard-navigable interactions.
• Color contrast reviewed against AA thresholds.
• Alt text on all meaningful imagery.
• Motion is subtle and respects reduced-motion preferences where supported.

Known gaps

We’re pre-launch and still improving. If you find something that blocks you from using the site, please tell us directly — we fix these before anything else.
