We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize training recommendations
• Adapt daily workouts based on your inputs
• Improve system performance and user experience
• Communicate with you (including onboarding, updates, and support)
• Monitor and prevent misuse of the Service

We do not use your data to make medical decisions or provide medical advice.

3. Automated Processing

Your training program is designed and approved by a NASM-certified personal trainer. GLP Fitness uses automated, rules-based systems — not artificial intelligence — to process your inputs and personalize that program for you.

Your inputs may be processed by these systems to:

• personalize training guidance
• improve system accuracy over time

Outputs are generated automatically and may not reflect all individual circumstances.

4. Health-Related Information

GLP Fitness may collect fitness and wellness-related data (e.g., activity levels, energy, recovery).

GLP Fitness is not a healthcare provider and does not collect or store protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.

You should not submit medical records or sensitive health information through the Service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the providers we rely on to run the Service:

• Supabase, Inc. — database and authentication
• Vercel, Inc. — application hosting
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Anthropic, PBC — automated generation of training recommendations. Your inputs are not used to train models.
• Legal authorities, if required by law

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using secure infrastructure and reasonable safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to:

• provide the Service
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).

8. Messaging and Communications

Your training plan, check-ins, and messages all happen inside the app. We do not send carrier text messages (SMS), and we do not message you on third-party platforms.

We send email only for account and support purposes — for example, confirming your subscription or answering a question you asked. You may contact us at any time to stop them.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies or similar technologies to:

• analyze usage
• improve performance
• remember preferences

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
