Communication Policy

GLP Fitness by Demitry Davidson communicates with you through in-app messages and notifications. This explains how that channel works, what we send, how to stop it, and how your data is handled.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

If this is a medical emergency — severe symptoms, chest pain, signs of pancreatitis, severe dehydration, thoughts of self-harm — do not message GLP Fitness. Call 911 or your prescriber immediately.

How GLP Fitness messages you

GLP Fitness v1 is delivered through our mobile web app. Your daily plan, check-ins, and messages all happen in the app. We do not send carrier text messages (SMS). GLP Fitness charges no message or carrier fees; your normal internet-data terms are between you and your providers.

Messages are not monitored in real time

The channel is asynchronous. Messages you send are processed by automated systems. No human is watching the channel 24/7. Treat GLP Fitness like email, not like a live chat.

Not for emergencies

GLP Fitness is not an emergency service. Do not use in-app messages or any other GLP-1 Fitness channel to report a medical emergency, an adverse drug reaction, or a mental-health crisis.

  • Medical emergency → 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
  • Medication reaction, dosing question, side effect → your prescriber.
  • Mental-health crisis → 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.).
  • Suspected injury requiring care → urgent care or emergency department.

Response timing is not guaranteed

We aim to deliver your daily plan within the morning window of your timezone and to respond to check-in replies inside that same day. We cannot guarantee a specific response time. Messages may be delayed by network outages, app availability, or maintenance windows.

Automated systems generate most replies

Your daily plan and day-to-day check-in responses are generated by our rules engine — deterministic logic, not artificial intelligence — encoding a program designed and approved by Demitry Davidson, NASM-CPT. Automated outputs may not account for every individual condition or nuance.

Medication & medical topics

GLP Fitness does not provide guidance on medication dosing, timing, or medical treatment decisions. If you ask, we’ll redirect you to your prescriber. Always follow the advice of your prescribing physician. See our Medical Disclaimer for the full boundary.

Your data and your rights

We collect only what the system needs to tune your training: your contact details, the onboarding answers you provide, your check-in replies, and the training history generated from them. We use it to operate and improve GLP Fitness for you.

  • No third-party sale or sharing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except service providers required to run GLP Fitness, or where required by law.
  • Deletion and access. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing support@glp.fitness. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.
  • Withdraw consent. Stopping messages (below) withdraws your consent to further automated contact.

Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages, or turn messages off in your account settings. Reply HELP for help. Opting out withdraws your consent to further automated contact and pauses your account.
